Carey faculty and instructors use Turnitin software to identify potential plagiarism issues in written assignments and help students improve their writing skills. Turnitin is integrated with Canvas, the University's course management software. Writing assignments submitted via Canvas are automatically checked by Turnitin for grammar and originality if the instructor has enabled it for the course. For questions regarding Turnitin use, you'll need to speak with your instructor.
